Booking an appointment is easy! You can book online through our website, call us directly, or visit our spa in person to schedule your appointment.
During your first visit, you’ll have a consultation with one of our experienced estheticians to discuss your skincare goals and concerns. They will then recommend a personalized treatment plan tailored to your needs, and do the best facial ever!
Yes, we use high-quality skincare products that are safe and suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin. Our estheticians will carefully select products that best suit your skin type and address any specific concerns you may have.

We recommend arriving a few minutes early to fill out any necessary paperwork. Please also come with clean skin, free of makeup and skincare products, to ensure optimal results from your treatment.

While we don’t have on-site parking, Coral Gables’ parking garage #4 is conveniently located just behind our spa.
We accept various forms of payment, including cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payment methods.
We understand that life can be unpredictable. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid our $25 cancellation fee.
Your spa treatment frequency will be tailored to your unique skincare needs and goals. Our estheticians will offer personalized recommendations during your consultation. Generally, we suggest a deep skin cleansing every 4-6 weeks for optimal results.

Our membership is priced at $195.00 per month. While our Non-member price for a custom facial is $250.00.
Yes, you have the flexibility to choose any facial from our list of options for your monthly treatment. However, our estheticians will always recommend the best facial for you!
While most benefits are available for immediate use upon membership activation, certain benefits like chemical peels and injectables may have specific usage guidelines. Please consult with our staff for more information.

Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time after the initial 3-month period has passed. However, it’s important to note that certain benefits may be forfeited upon cancellation. We recommend reviewing the terms and conditions outlined in your membership agreement for specific details regarding benefits and cancellation policies. Please contact membership@skinstudiodd.com if you need to cancel your membership.

Please note that our Annual membership option is non-refundable and does not offer the option to cancel.

While some benefits like gifting a facial to a friend or family member are available, most benefits are non-transferable and are intended for use by the member only.
If you’re unable to make your monthly facial appointment, you can reschedule up to 24 hours before the appointment (to avoid cancellation fees) for another time within the same month, subject to availability. Please note that unused monthly facials do not roll over to the following month.
